1988 Company founded by Wim Perdu and Piet Maetens, as pioneers in PCB design and manufacturing.
1990 First multilayer production.
1992 Opening of representative office in Horb am Neckar, Germany.
1993 Opening of representative office in Milan, Italy.
1995 New manufacturing location in Dendermonde Belgium.
1996 Opening of representative office in Paris, France.
1997 ACB is the first PCB manufacturer with Laser drilling capability in Europe.
1998 Opening of representative office in Windsor, United Kingdom.
1999 Opening of representative office in Pori, Finland.
1999 ACB sales top EUR 10 million for first time.
2000 Change of ownership to Nobel Invest Belgium.
2001 ACB sales top EUR 15 million for first time.
2001 Atlantec SA, Malville, France, a PCB manufacturing company, joined the ACB group
2002 Dendermonde factory extended to 8000m2.
2002 LDI introduced as a standard PCB technology process.
2003 Concentration on medium volume production to the avionics, defence and medical markets.
2004 Opening of representative office in Oslo, Norway and Karlskoga, Sweden.
2005 Further major investments programm started.
2006

New facility in Malville, factory extended to 3000m2.

2007 Implementation and official release of Hitachi laserdrilling machine in plant Dendermonde.
2008

20 year anniversary of both plants.
Production copperfill line qualified in Dendermonde and nickle-goldline in Malville.
ACB NPI-capacity extended to 5 persons.
