General Confidentiality and
Non-Disclosure statement

The ACB Group agrees to the following general statement:

Acknowledgment of Confidentiality.
The ACB Group and possible third parties such as affiliated companies and subcontractors, which are under a NDA agreement with the ACB Group, acknowledges that they may be exposed to confidential and proprietary information of Author.
Confidential Information does not include (A) information already known by the ACB Group, (B) information in the public domain through no wrongful act of the ACB Group, or (C) information received by the ACB Group from a third party who was free to disclose it.

Covenant Not to Disclose.
The ACB Group and the above mentioned third parties agrees not to use, commercialise, or disclose any Confidential Information to any person or entity except as Author approves in writing. The ACB Group agrees to use at least the same degree of care in safeguarding the Confidential Information as it uses in safeguarding their own confidential information.

Retention of Rights.
Author retains all rights to the supplied data files. The ACB Group agrees to return all data material upon Author’s request.
